Susitna Valley River Guides is the only guide service in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley to target solely resident species, which means big rainbow trout, as well as dolly varden and grayling. We are located in the heart of rainbow country, in Willow, Alaska just an hour and half north of Anchorage, where there are over a dozen excellent trout streams to fish including Willow Creek, Montana Creek, and Clear Creek. The creeks that drain into the Susitna River and Talkeetna River offer superb rainbow fishing, and we fish them all.

Our trips are tailor-made for the needs of our clients. We offer 1/2 day walk-in trips, Full-day Float and Fish, and extended day trips complete with tent accommodations and delicous freshly prepared meals.
